Set up passkeys for your Queye account

Passkeys let you sign in with your device or security key instead of a password. You can use Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, Android screen lock, or a hardware security key.

Before you start

• Use a modern browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
• Make sure your device has screen lock enabled.

Set up a passkey

1. Go to accounts.queye.co and sign in.
2. Open Passkeys.
3. Click Add a passkey.
4. Name your passkey (for example, “MacBook” or “Ledger”).
5. Follow the prompts on your device or security key to finish.

Sign in with a passkey

1. On the sign-in page, enter your email, phone number, or username.
2. Click Use a passkey.
3. Approve the prompt on your device or security key.

Remove a passkey

1. Go back to Passkeys.
2. Click Remove next to the passkey you no longer want.

If you see “Register Unknown” on a security key, make sure you are using its Security Key / FIDO2 app (not legacy U2F).
