How to identify a Queye transaction
When you make a purchase through Queye, your billing statement will typically display the transaction as beginning with "Queye Pay *". This label applies to any transaction processed via Queye Pay. Depending on your bank, the transaction may also include a city, state, region, province, country, or currency. For information on legacy transactions, see below.
In some instances, the descriptor may appear simply as "Queye" or "Queye Plus". These also refer to legitimate Queye transactions.
Legacy Transactions
Older transactions may appear under descriptors such as "Queye", "Queye Co.", and may include geographic identifiers such as a city, state, or country. Additionally, if you notice a charge from "Dneail" or "Dneail+", please note that these products are no longer supported.
If You Don’t Recognize a Transaction
- Review your Queye Pay transaction history. If the transaction appears there, make a note of the transaction number—you may be eligible to request a refund.
- Check your Queye Plus subscription billing. Queye Plus and other recurring subscriptions do not appear in the main transaction history.
- If you're still unsure, contact our support team for assistance.
