Why can't I create a Queye account?

If you recieved a message that says "You have identified that you do not meet the requirments for a Queye account. You can log back in when you meet the requirments.", that means that you cannot yet make a Queye account, however, your details have been saved and you can continue when you meet the requirements.

There are a number of reasons why your account was denied:

• You are under 13 years of age.
• Your email address cannot be used, because it comes from a blocked domain.
