About the J14QABR policy

Account Updated 2025-07-01

The J14QABR policy stands for the July 14 Queye Account Birthday Requirement. It states that after July 14, 2024 all registered Queye account holders will be required to add their birthday to their account before continuing to use Queye.

Users were first notified about this change in an email sent to them on May 30. Afterwards, if one did not add their birthday with the link provided, they were sent a second email on June 12, which also allowed them to reply to easier add their birthday. A third and final email was sent on July 11, once again reminding those who haven't yet added their birthday to do so. On July 14th, the policy was officially put in place and users using Queye without a birthday would be redirected to a page informing them to do so or log out.

Why is this policy in place?

Certain laws in certain regions require us to make sure you are of legal age to use some features of Queye.

Is there a minimum age?

To create a Queye account, you must meet the minimum age requirement of your country (e.g. 13 in the US). You must be at least 13 years old to create a Queye account. This is due to certain laws, if it was up to us, there would be no minimum age.
