Enable two-step verification for your account

You can easily enable two-step verification to your Queye account and help secure your account. To do so, you will need to add your phone number or an authenticator app to your account:

Add a phone number

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click "Security"
3. Click "Phone Number" (if you see your phone number, you don't need to do anything, two-step verification has already been enabled)
4. Enter your phone number and verify it is correct
5. Enter the code that was sent to your phone
6. You're done!

Add an authenticator app

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click "Security"
3. Click "Add an authenticator app"
4. Open your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.,)
5. Click "New" or "Add" depending on what app you're using
6. Scan the QR code or, alternatively, copy and paste the code
7. Enter the code generated by your authenticator app into Queye
8. You're done!

Two-step verification will automatically be turned on once you have either your phone number, authenticator app, or both. You can also get a code to your Queye Messages inbox or via email.
