Cancel your Queye Plus subscription
If you no longer wish to keep your Queye Plus benefits, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
Unsubscriptions are immediate and you lose your benefits instantly. To get a prorated refund, follow these steps.
- Make sure you are certain you want to unsubscribe. You will lose benefits such as an ad-free experience, instant Queye AI responses, and exclusive themes.
- If you are certain, go to the Queye Plus website, click "Manage" and you should be taken to the "Manage subscription" page. If you are not, make sure you are signed in to the correct account by going here.
- Once you are on the "Manage subscription" page, scroll down if necessary and click "Cancel subscription".
- Enter the code that was sent to your phone number. You should receive a code to your phone number. If you have not added your phone number to Queye, do so here. If you cannot add a phone number, contact us. Please note that if you don't have a phone number, you can only cancel your subscription by contacting us, which may take some time and you may incur a fee.
- On the popup, you'll be asked if you are sure you want to unsubscribe. The benefits you will lose will be shown to you. If you don't want to cancel, click "No, keep my subscription." Otherwise, if you are certain that you wish to unsubscribe and lose the benefits of Queye Plus, click "Yes, cancel my subscription."
- Your subscription has been cancelled.
